Oh God, that ending...it was perfect, but so, so sad. That Cat Stevens song didn't help.
Yeah, I was glad about that, too. I'm still not completely sure that they won't try to turn it into a romance at some point (and I'm not sure how I feel about that) but at least for now I'm glad that they're just friends.
